Let’s spin things up this month with Downtown Yoga, Barre, and Cycle by combining yoga with a cycle class! Hannah Olexy will be joining Lynn Olexy to offer this amazing experience to you! Did you know that cycling is an effective tool for stress reduction? We are built to move. Our bodies need to move every single day in various and diverse ways. Stress and anxiety are often the result of an overthinking mind that won’t stop. When you step into the cycle studio there is no space or time for that. The lights, music and community take over – which in turn, gives your thinking mind a break.

Stress reduction connects directly to your happy chemicals. This is why the yoga stretch at the end of this workshop is so important. We can’t be all effort all the time. Our time to stretch is what honors the slow down after the speed up.
