Hot Yoga with Downtown Yoga

This yoga workshop is for anyone who would like to try hot yoga and learn more about this therapeutic practice.

The room will be warm, rather than hot, to give you a taste of the therapeutic benefits of hot yoga for your body and mind; demonstrate the breathing techniques; go through a range of common postures, both standing and on the floor, breaking them down slowly, so you have time to ease into them.

At the end of this workshop, we will gather in the lobby for a refreshment hour as we reflect on our experience and spend time with friends!
