Lynn will lead us through an adaptive practice of relaxation while we focus on mindfulness, breathwork, and relaxing stretches as an alternative to getting caught up in holiday stresses and expectations. This instead offers us a way to enjoy and appreciate moments of calm, gratitude, and connection with others. Come join us as we start off this busy month by practicing the art of letting go of the tension that the holiday hustle and bustle often brings to our mind and bodies.
Afterwards, join us for a social hour to connect with friends! Moonlit Acres will also give each guest a small gift to promote continued relaxation at home throughout this holiday season!
