Let’s spend some time welcoming love and kindness into our lives with an adapted Yin yoga sequence to help re-energize our bodies to set the tone to embrace ourselves and those around us in a loving and kind way. Yoga instructor, Lynn Olexy, will guide our group through passive floor poses designed to relax the body and quiet the mind to reset and focus on positivity! This event will include an adaptive yoga class followed by a healthy mocktail hour with appetizers.
