Let’s shake things up this month with Downtown Yoga, Barre, and Cycle by trying a Barre class! Barre is a combination of Pilates, yoga, and ballet. Much of the work is performed at the barre and is able to be adapted to meet your unique fitness needs! Light hand weights and bands are also used to sculpt and shape muscles but without the impact to your joints. All abilities, fitness levels, and anyone interested to check out what barre is all about are welcome!
